# A Polish livestream on how agent skills work in practice

Source: [AI_Tech Leaders on YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEy3JOwH_ew) (in Polish)

Piotr Karwatka, one of the people behind Open Mercato, ran a live lesson in Polish for the AI Tech Leaders program about agent skills and how they differ from an AGENTS.md file. The stream shows the skills the team uses on Open Mercato. One writes a GitHub issue from a short description, one implements the issue and opens a pull request, and one reviews the pull request against the project's rules, with an orchestrator called Cezar running them in parallel. It's 76 minutes, and the stream also promotes the AI Tech Leaders program and offers a discount on it.
